Late SDR recording catch, the same image sent twice in Scottie 1 mode:

I assume this is the same station that has been transmitting SSTV in AM around 6925 for the last few days. Looking at the SDR recording waterfall, I believe the op is overdriving the transmitter, the audio is too hot.  Below is a waterfall screenshot showing the SSTV transmission, as well as WWCR which was on 6875 AM at the same time. You can see how the SSTV audio has harmonics, to me this looks like the effect of clipping:
