Heard this too, about S7. The spoken ID sounded like "Certified Laser Radio" or perhaps "Certified Loser Radio". The phonetics the female synth voice repeated were "certiti edloser", I think? Odd transmission.

2119 UTC I'm hearing "Na Na Na Kiss Him Goodbye"-Steam with a synth voice repeating over the music with "Loser...Lima Oscar Sierra Echo Romeo....Loser"

Can't make out the phonetic code dude to static but sounds like Stardust Five Laser Radio playing STREAM Kiss Him Goodbye. SIO:222 via NA5B sdr. Weird station. Thank for the broadcast.
