Yeah.....I know it's a peskie playing radio, but this one was going on for a long time! At times the Portuguese speaking gent was singing along to the tunes and having a grand old time! So......he's on a boat, playing music on the 43 meter band(Mostly partial songs and probably drinking some fine vinho!), and almost certainly without a license.....that's pirate radio folks! ;D
