Title: HFT interference to ham radio

KA7OEI discusses HFT encroachment on 20 meters.  The FCC has apparently authorized some of these transmissions in and adjacent to amateur HF bands on a not-to-interfere basis.  There is some information on who to talk to if you think they are causing interference.
