Possibly Radio Difusora Roraima in Brazil, but I think a pirate is more likely given my location (upstate New York, U.S.A.). Tried a few other radios in the region using SDR Console's network feature, but can't find a stronger signal elsewhere.

Post by: Molvania Poacher on January 25, 2021, 0217 UTC: Up from under the Brazilian station, but very tough to hear under the Portuguese. Hearing another Spanish or Portuguese station as well, maybe a harmonic? Crowded neighborhood tonight.

213- "Sara" by Starship.
217- "Life in a Northern Town" by The Dream Academy.
221- Japanese indie rock tune by The Alfee.

Not sure what this one is either Alleycat.

4875 is used by "Mystery Radio 21".
The station was active last night. There is a log at 00.50 UTC.
Maybe they have broadcast earlier.
