Tuned in at 2317utc, weak signal, hear woman singing, WDOG ID with dog howling, the Police "synchronicity" then "Roxanne", more songs by the Police, at 2359utc CW (I'm not fluent in Morse),

Just a hint of the audio heard here near Seattle as of 0004 UTC. However, the Northern Utah SDR has a fair though noisy signal coming in.
