19:25 UTC - The station has a decent carrier level but lacks modulation to punch through. The signal is barely over the noise floor.
19:34 UTC - Can hear the male announcer but too faint to understand.
19:35 UTC - Musical programming returns.
As noted in the subject line, the Station is slightly off frequency operating at 6869.7480 kHz.

2011 UTC - Audio is very weak right at the noise level.
2013 UTC - Signal is gone.

Looks like the band is closing up again. Signal remains an S5-7 on Smolinski's 900ft SDR but on my Tecsun 880 at my QTH it's barely above the noise floor.

Listening via NA5B SDR in D.C. area, as it's not audible out West here ...
2151 UTC: Slow, psychedelic rock music
2153 UTC: OM announcer mentioning WHAR and simulcast on Ion Radio. Talking about the music and wrapping up soon. Gave QSL email address, chatted some more, then announced next song and said "good night."
2155 UTC: "Planet Caravan" by Black Sabbath.
2159 UTC: Announcer came back after the song to give one more ID for WHAR and Ion and repeated email address.
2200 UTC: Off.

but thought it was an other signal because the reports said that the station was gone.
