Off without ID @ 0042

0051 - back on (assuming its the same station) with NIN tune. S6
0108 - SSTV, late start with my decoder
0112 - weaker and deeper fades now, poor copy.

Post by: alleycat on February 27, 2021, 0127 UTC: Those are "SSTV" (Slow-Scan Television) images - commonly used by amateur radio operators. If you can pipe your radio's output to your computer audio input, you can use software to decode the signals. I use MMSSTV, a free app for Windows (desktop) - others are available. Here are the images I just decoded from this pirate (my first time attempting to embed images - hope this works):
