6215 kHz AM, 1/4/09, 1400-1410 UTC, Asian language YL repeating same/similar phrases. Have noted on several recent mornings, clearest today. Per spynumbers database (Thanks, Chris!):

Also heard at 1500z, much weaker and noisier due to changing propagation toward mid-morning.

1/18/09, 1400 UTC (carrier detected several minutes earlier, approx. 1355z): Same again, 6215 AM, started with music, YL with what sounded like repeated phrases in Korean. Ended 1409z, carrier dropped 1410z.

6215 AM, 2/11/09, 1500-1509 UTC: Carrier detected 1457 UTC; soft ballad type pop song with male vocalist, unid language, 1500-1504z; 1504-1509z, woman repeating phrases in what sounded like Asian language. Ended 1509z, carrier dropped 1510z. Fair signal, fluttering fades. (N. Central TX)
