Title: 6215 AM, possibly V24
Post by: Zoidberg on January 04, 2009, 1420 UTC
6215 kHz AM, 1/4/09, 1400-1410 UTC, Asian language YL repeating same/similar phrases.  Have noted on several recent mornings, clearest today.  Per spynumbers database (Thanks, Chris!):
ID YYYY-MM-DD Day Time -UTC  Freq kHz  Mode   Enigma Reporter             Reporter QTH
89602 2008-12-19 Fri 1402 0000  6215.0    AM   V24    TI                   Japan

(N. Central TX)

Also heard at 1500z, much weaker and noisier due to changing propagation toward mid-morning.
