2243 "Madness" Lucius per Shazam
2247 Signal almost completely in noise
2304 Music only coming through on waves at peaks, though noise is gone
2347 Just off a very long phone call, music situation is the same

very light in central illinois s-5 , but listenable , expect that to improve very shortly ;-) , 23:19  sounds like someone tuning up on 5186 23:30 ish
