Tuned in at 2342utc, very weak locally, tried Dixon IL sdr and less weak there but still weak, hear ethereal music of some type, 2348 male saying something with weird voice then different ethereal music, at 2354 recognize the Kraftwerk tune "autobahn",

0012 UTC: Low male synth voice again over the music. Mentioned "ionosphere," but couldn't make out if there was an ID mentioned.

0019 UTC: "Evening Star" by Brian Eno & Robert Fripp.
0022 UTC: Low male synth voice said something again ... then "Base & Apex" by Eno Moebius Roedelius.
0027 UTC: That synth voice again with something about the ionosphere, then repeated "ending transmission," followed by "Diamond Head" by Phil Manzanera.
0032 UTC: Different male voice (not the synth one) seemed to say "WENO Shortwave" (I think) during the song.
