First spotted a carrier about 20 minutes ago on 6930. First hints of audio coming through around 0205z. Pretty weak signal.

Yep.  Carrier on/off a few times since 0133.  Seemed to stay on at 0148, at around 6930.060.  Just a hint of audio here.
