2340 Carrier fading in and out, too weak for any audio

0008 a carrier, but below a wide band UT pest sounding like a motor
0011 the pest is gone, but the carrier is in a fade, barely heard at best

0130 still a very weak carrier on 6949.98 (could be anything anywhere in the world)

2323 I can see a transmitter carrier, but so far heard nothing.
