13,780 kHz USB, 9/30/2012,
2041 UTC with "The Lion Sleeps Tonight".
Repeat of earlier txm on this frequency now.
Still S-0 in Lansing, but without the preamp this time..

Slightly stronger than the 18040 transmission.

Averaging about 10 over S9 here, peaks are up around 20 over and nulls are down to S9. This is a slightly stronger than the 18040 TX, which was S8 to 10 over S9, right around S9 most of the time. Particularly loved the "boys have a ... " bit of educational programming. A great public service that.
