 I had this on my overnight recordings, here is the waterfall produced with Carrier Sleuth. If you squint, you can see them. 0120 UTC sign on at about 1620.022 kHz, then they drifted down to 1619.998 kHz, off around 0233 UTC. I have noticed this pirate with their characteristic drift pattern many times. I have my suspicions 🙂
