Title: 2598 USB Canada Coast Guard weather

2/7/09, 2598 USB, 0840 UTC: Canada Coast Guard weather.  First time this winter it's been strong enough here for positive ID with outdoor portable, only S1-S2 through moderate background noise, steady without fading.  (N. Central TX)

Can you perchanse also get the west coast on 2054 KHz?
