Monitored "November-12" this morning @14:30z on cothen 18.594usb. November-**is the call sign for F.A.A. aircraft.

November 12 on COTHEN is Coast Guard 2312, an HC-144A (CASA CN-235)

To Grizz489 and Skeezix.  Thanks for the air craft info. I have November as an FAA aircraft. I had a feeling it was a NOAA air craft and not FAA but i posted as FAA even after doing my homework. I could not find anything further on November call signs so i posted as such. There were two intercepts of November calls on two days. On the 2nd intercept, hearing November 9, the transmission ended as follows." We will inform our ground teams in Haiti".   Again thanks to both of you for your work Grizz and Skeezix from dave
