I may have just run across the same station... 6920 AM 17:15 UTC 20 SEP 2021 on my home station here in Arizona. Happened to look at the band below 40 meters and saw an AM station, it was playing a rock number but very weak. About 17:20 it faded out. Its there now but way down in the noise. Not the time of day here in Arizona (10:20 local) to normally see much in this frequency range so it got my attention. This was on the Airspy HF+ Discovery using a 60 ft long horizontal long wire.

Its back on at 6920 AM 23:30 UTC 20 Sep 2021 fading up to about S7 although noisy. Playing rock music, first song I caught was not English, might have been Russian but I am certainly no linguist. Second rock song came up in English, noisy but I caught the lyrics "the road is my home, you stayed too long." I think...  After that the station identified as "Radio Bushka" (if I spelled that right...). Rock music continuing. As with this morning, this is an odd time of day to be receiving North American pirate stations at this frequency at my QTH but it is getting stronger as of 23:59 and other usual signals are now appearing (Peskies on 6900 LSB and the usual LINK 11 on 6942) . I can hear it on the KFS SE, SW, NW, and Omni SDRs, strongest to the SE but no where near as strong as it is here.

Playing "Shout" by Tears for Fears at 23:58 UTC
