0039 UTC - Signal is S9 in WNY with fade. Same station that was on 6915. They announced at 0029 UTC that they are switching frequency to 6935.
0044 UTC - ID as Radio Irrational International into Kenny Loggins - I'm Alright
0048 UTC - ID as Radio Irrational International into The Rolling Stones - Emotional Rescue

Heard from 0030 UTC on the SDR recording, QSY from 6915.  Now that I know what the ID should be,  I can hear it  :D
