Title: SB negative keying

Noticed this morning that 362  SB  Sudbury  ON had a good signal in here on 362
but also seemed to be negative keying TUV on 363.

Kinda interesting this morning, could tune in SB so as to hear both the normal keying as well as the negative keying at the same time.
They meshed nicely together.
