Title: Spanish speaking taxi dispatchers on 27.045 MHz and 27.095 MHz RC Channels

Spanish speaking YLs with Roger beeps coming in nicely this morning on Class C R/C channels 27045 AM and 27095 AM.   Several out of band frequencies active too.

Also, 27015 AM / 27.015 MHz AM CB channel 5 is extremely busy with Spanish language traffic.
