A jamaican sounding accent on both. One is named Ricardo.

Nothing here, but I'm using a portable and it's whip.

I regularly hear a lot of fishermen from New England in that neighborhood. I wonder if it's becoming the modern equivalent of "Channel 19" for English speaking fishermen in the western half of the North Atlantic basin?
