Some russian anti-Polish propaganda (at the moment) from YouTube, not Free Waves Bay actually.
Signal on 1575 kHz arrives from the northern part of Belarus. Programmes on 3940 kHz are most probably being transmitted from the same location.

Eeach of the transmitters broadcasts a different program of radio Buchta.
There are broadcasts on 1575 that I already heard on 3940.
This indicates the large distance between the SW transmitter and MW, which is a technical problem of the transmission link between transmitters.
Belarus has probably provided Russia with one of its strong old transmitters, because such infrastructure probably has not been left in the annexed part of Ukraine.

Simply, each transmitter is fed by different programme content from the same website(s), I guess.
