Big signal in central Kentucky
-
1350 SIO 444, perhaps 555
-
1351 UTC: maybe REM? Weak signal at my location. maybe SIO 243 <-weak signal, some fading, no real interference, easily intelligible.
1404 UTC: station ID as WREM; signal getting stronger. S-meter actually twitching from time to time.
-
Local-level signal with REM songs and quick IDs & comments in between, like "Next up, REM"
-
Very readable, slight rapid fades and s-5/ s-7 in South Kalakee. My remote goat farm where all the goats have female names.
Now has dropped to noise floor and unable to tell if its the same broadcaster.
-
Just above my noise floor at my QTH in Missouri.
