SIO: 222 to 333 in Uniontown
2323 - ID as the Voice of the Abnormal

Difficult copy due to variable frequency. The "spooky" voice after the Rolling Stones song was the male saying "You can't always get what you want, but you'll find you get what you need.". Different male voice, trying to sound similar to Wolfman Jack, "The Voice of the Abnormal". Also said "Halloween special" and 45 minute program.
Fatiguing listening due to variable/changing frequency.

Heard from 2237 on the SDR recording, mostly an SIO 333 signal. Very scary music, like Fleetwood Mac.
