A very weak signal on 15220 kHz USB 18.46 UTC 31 oktober via websdr Ireland SINPO - 25532, but the music was heard jazz, a man's conversation, he said ...Victoria International.., this is what I could make out. In central Europe and Ukraine zero signal. This station operated from the USA with an output power of 500-600 watts SSB. Buddy, send your email address for my report for you!
