All Along the Watchtower Radio, 6925 USB, Dec 08, 2012, 0618.  S7 or so.

At 0619 heard "this is a test transmission of All Along The Watchtower Radio".

ID heard at 0615z by what sounded like a synthesized OM voice. Extremely weak, just above the noise floor, I had to listen a few times to decipher it.
Into "All Along the Watchtower" Another ID at 0619z. Email address given, difficult to make out, i think it was the aatw@gmx.com address previously used.
More music, impossible to tell what was being played.
0623z another ID and off.

Fair to decent signal with some fading.
