Since about 00:20z
ID as: "KPR Pirate Radio Ha Ha Ha ... Pirate Radio and we rock the Rockies"
ID announcer had quite a laugh!
off at 00:37z
Started at 6923.42 kHz
Ended at 6922.84 kHz
The drifting never stopped, had to constantly correct my receive frequency!
Updated per beaconman's note of the correct ID

I heard that Station also, the call was KPR
there were three or four IDs and yes it did slide down the band.

Caught KPR here in N. Central TX earlier Sunday, second catch of KPR for me (first was a few months ago).
6923.6 USB
1446z: Tune up tweeps, a bit of 4 Non Blondes "What's Going On", some country rock.
1450z: Partial ID, sounded like KPR
1455z: BB King "The Thrill Is Gone"
SINPO - 23412
1500z: 4 Non Blondes "What's Going On" again, signal drifted up toward 6923.7
1506z: Blues music. Seems to be drifting between 6923.6/.8, have to keep retuning to maintain pitch.
SINPO - 23311, local noise level up
1511z: ID, still sounded like KPR, OM voice saying something about "...pirate radio..."
1513z: Country music, signal drifting around, pitch keeps shifting
1522z: Something still there but buried under local noise now.
1525z: Faded up again, more blues.
1527z: James Brown, "I Feel Good"
1530z: Positive KPR IDs, with op laughing
1530z: Frank Sinatra, "(I've Got You) Under My Skin"
1555z: Back after long fade out with Chuck Berry "Maybelline"

1605z: Neil Young "Ohio"
1607z: Fine Young Cannibals "She Drives Me Crazy"

1627z: KPR ID, laughter, "Rock of the Rockies"
1628z: George Thorogood "Bad to the Bone"
1633z: Eagles "Witchy Woman"
1640z: KPR ID
SINPO - 22322, local noise way up
90 second mp3 with ID at beginning, a bit of "Witchy Woman" and closing ID. Very noisy but audible: http://www.mediafire.com/?zziz2ijyiwj
Fair signal peaks, lots of sudden fades and pitch shifts or signal drifts. Thin audio but carries fairly well with weak signal.
(Gopher Stomp, TX - Palstar R30C on indoor homebrewed passive loop)
Audio for first 30 minutes, first half weak but not too noisy, latter half very noisy: http://www.mediafire.com/?j4zonggdjw3
