Can't find much on this station / only see a Clarion Radio which is a Collage student ran station in the US. ???
SINPO via NW Ireland SDR SINPO is 5/5/5/4/5
The station correctly is named RADIO CARILLON and yet another programme run by Frederick Moe!

On the 9670 schedule of Channel 292, the name is clearly 'Radio Clarion', but there is no further info for Clarion around the schedules.

Thanks Ray I was sure I had it right but some countries spell things another way. Back to the original spelling.
