Nice S9 signal here in Chicago, but a fair bit of noise preventing clear copy.

2228z - CW ID, then into a man and woman talking, but it's difficult to make out the discussion as the recording has a lot of echo in it.

There's some electrical interference in this area causing some noise issues, but call it SIO 434 into southeastern Wisconsin anyway. Some entertaining skits, including--was that intended to be a conversation between a teacher and class? Heh. Clever show! CW ID's just before 2230.
