your memory confirms my guess that it was Radio Rurik that was activated on 3920 USB
in addition to the voice, it learns about the modulation of the ESSB 3kc

I searched Europe and nowhere to find a better separation of broadcasting station in the background.
Before Rurik started broadcasting, I understood their anti-Russian message.
This is a different transmitter, but they are unnecessarily interfering with each other.
In the depths of Russia, military announcements are heard on USB 3920 (M Ru Mil).
The second Ukrainian station is probably meant to jam them, because it has a different location from Rurik.
Russian jamming has subsided.

1946 a loop with 'Glory to Ukraine' and something about 'Rusky',
some music background (from same or other TX ?)
2304 same situation, but speech and music are both better now, and the music seems really as jamming. I can hear 'rusky' also in the music, at times.
late edit : going to replace 'UNID UA defenders' by 'Radio Rurik'

I'm listening to 3920 now (2230 UTC). Yes, this is the same thing, but with music jamming on top of it.
