Man talking about politics, many references to the "orangeman". S5 with a S3 noise floor.
0014 UTC: Now I can just barely hear him. If I wasn't on the frequency I probably would have tuned right across it, the signal is so weak.
Signal did get better, seems off the air at 0228z.
