Title: 20 meter band - looped anti-Putin message 15 APR 2022 1030 hrs UTC

A looped anti-Putin message being played at random on the 20 meter band, changing frequencies between 14130 to 14160 kHz in USB mode. The voice was female but seemed to be from an application as it sounded a bit robotic.

You can hear the same  on 80 Meter ,  so the War is everywhere :/   . i`m sure there not only radioamateurs  active !  Anyway ........happy eastern to you !!^^
