Ugh :( - wish I had been around to have heard it. I lived in NYC at the time and WABC was always on the transistor. Legendary DJ Dan Ingraham hosted the Top 100 of 1969 program and there were remarkable songs on that playlist.

In an aside, 770 WABC's mainstay DJ Bruce "Cousin Brucie" Morrow from the 60's and 70's returned to WABC about a year and a half ago to host a Saturday Evening oldies show (2200 utc summer/2300 utc winter), probably can be heard through the eastern half of US after sunset. https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,71271.msg240243.html#msg240243
