Title: stange transmission 5896 usb

odd sounds sometimes followed by m. code. then silence. then odd sounds again off and on with no m code. kind of sounds like a fax machine.

found it at 0530 world time 14 April 09 on 5896 usb.

I'm new to this stuff so my apologies if I'm being an idiot.

I've noticed strange stuff on here as well...5795.5 kHz with odd  tone bursts & MCW...after awhile, they (?) are  usually running numbers in sp. about 11/12pm around 5883kHz...sometimes it seems like it was 'training' vs 'actual', although that's just a guess on my part...

All I know is it comes from Cuba.
