2337 Came on with trace audio after a few carrier on/offs
2341 OM tx; in a peak I noted "...in the last 2 days we got..."
2346 OM tx in a longer peak; I noted phrases such as "...you invested money...annual performance...", "...don't complain...you're
gonna get...", "...learn about it, talk about it...", "...it comes out in May..."
2351 off; was fading at the time and no ID noted.
I got the impression that this was a recorded speech or program, and not necessarily an op, but that's a guess.
S7 on peaks, low audio, and very deep fades. Thanks!
Oh...had to leave for a while, and set up recording on 6925. While doing this I noted that this may have come on again some time after the 2351 s/off.
Edit: Based on the program heard on 8Feb13 from WGWR, this UNID is definitely them also.

I had a very weak AM station on 6949.53 from 0001-0021z on 5 Feb 2013, with some peaks around 0020z where I heard an OM talking. Possibly the same station jFarley reports shortly before.

Bram Stoker on the FRN reports WGWR Global Warming Radio at this time/freq. so might be them?
