0258 signal now s7 with what seems to be just random sounds

Shortwave Broadcast / VOA Off Frequency 11725kzh 2100UTC

I caught VOA off of their normal frequency of 11720 this afternoon.  I missed the sign on but caught them just after 2100 on 11725.  Around 21:01:30 someone must have caught the error as it shifted back to where it was supposed to be.   Waterfall image below

2334 Off for me.  I'm not sure if maybe I heard the station on 6930 AM, but Pink Floyd doesn't seem to match their playlist.

I heard a really faint AM signal on 6930

I don't remember there being much of anything above it but I was likely too fixated on what I perceived as the beacon to notice. 

EDIT: Now that I think about it there was something that I brushed off as local noise just about that signal.
