The repository of Windows and Linux executables and zip files for Dream DRM is at this link at Sourceforge:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/drm/files/dream/

Note the project sort of fell apart beginning with version 2.1 so the files from version 1.17 and earlier work on Windows 10.  Version 2 and above do not work.

These files work with most SDR software.

Using my Grundig Satellit 750 with a 9:1 unun transformer on a long wire, noise was bad but I could hear a station.  So using the narrow filter and USB I was able to tune in and hear the broadcast and hear Bruce Springsteen. The signal then was running from S-2 to S-9 on the meter.  Some fading occuring, might become better after dark if you are still on the airwaves.
