Picking up weak audio on 8806.5 USB for several minutes, cannot tell what language is being use signal to weak but people talking.
Picking this up in Fort Erie Ont.
SDRPlay rspdx with long antenna.

I have run across this signal several times and was wondering if I can use Multipsk to decode the signal, I have tried but can't seem to get it to decode. Any information appreciated.

Listening in from Fort Erie Ontario, 5-7 signal a little fading but the audio is very clear and strong.
