I've been listening to 6950 for a while. No ID.  I think it's in AM but it decodes much better in USB. 10/3/15 03:45+ with a various music from death metal to electronica.
04:14 ID and signoff XLR8. Good solid S9 signal.

Radio El Dorado 14477 USB with a fairly good signal of around s4-s6 with no noise. Playing house/trance music.
