« on: January 27, 2014, 2036 UTC »
to bad ,was always looking in the chat for nice stations to listen to, and u could learn from some .but lately it looked like it was infested with children about spy stations and chem trails chatter

fake ,since more and more hams and their friends are joking around on the twente SDR.. and it works :)

3
what software are u using now?

the converter from  NooElec is really nice for its money ,my mate has it also, and so i purchased mine 4 and halve weeks ago at NooElec
but somewhere its R#$@#!%! lost in the mail ,and it has to be missing 5 weeks before they can trace it. grrrrr.
anyway adding the converter wil not make it use different software ,this is a hardware addon ,that will use the software u have now
i am using sdrsharp for my dongle since its easy and well its easy and working great   ;)

The beauty of the webbased sdr Twente here is that its using the Mini whip antenna mounted on a real big metal roof ,amazing what this little wonder is receiving here .
since i have the whip antenna in the garden, from pa0rdt a Dutch radio amateur, the developer of this antenna. and its not working as the one on the roof of the Twente university
the big iron roof really makes a difference here.

Hi Ken what sort of dongle do u have now?  if its  a regular RTL dongle why not use the ham-it up-converter from Nooelec to ad HF?
this is a budget converter and working good.

The "buzzer"  is a normal Russian military station. Nothing mysterious about it.
but the last days 4625 kHz its changing pitch ,even voices are being heard again, our guess there the doctors working on him.
now the tone has changed to,errm the Flute
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVZg-t9gMhM
there are some conversations that this is like taking the manliness from the buzzer  ;D
