Required balanced news coverage would be about the same as government news coverage. WHO would decide what is balanced?

I feel that it is as good a receiver as you can get for the Price. (abt $600 new) I have used mine for about 7 yrs.

Good evening,
Between 2310z and 2340z, I was only able to pull faint voice out of the 'qrm' on 11860KHz. Also at 2347z what may have been a transmitter coming on line began and my signal ended at 2349z.
I am in south central Florida.
I am receiving on an ICR75 with a wire antenna at 10ft nw-se.
