Anyone have an idea on what it may be?

As I was writing this the station WINB in Red Lion has came on. Might have something to do with the beginning of the transmission?

Hello. I'm new to this forum but have been visiting here for awhile!
As I was going thru the band's today I came across a beeping on 5079khz @ 0330 UTC. The bandwidth of the signal is very wide.
Any ideas what this might be?
I'm located on the eastern coast of Canada.
