Utility / 6.220 Mhz CW Please help with I.D

Was hearing a strong CW station on 6.220 MHZ IN Florida around 0:15 UTC. I copied 7ACX several times, along with some other random letters and numbers. Thanks

Haven't tried to listen for HM01 for quite some time. I don't see any recent logging's on here and nothing on the Priyom schedule either. Did I miss something?

I normally don't have much luck with 22M beacons, but I just turned my rig on and heard the RF beacon on 13.565. 339 into Central Florida. Winston-Salem NC 22:05

Amateur Radio / 6M Band opening (6/22)

Caught the tail end of a band opening on 6M. Worked PA (KB3RHR) and MI (W8JER) on 50.130 at 23:48 from Central Florida (EL98). 100 watts and a dipole. Of course they were doing the heavy lifting. Gotta check 6 more often. I heard a little activity today, but it was very weak. I just bought a hex beam, but I have to prime/paint the arms and get it up on the rotator. That should help a good bit.

SDR - Software Defined Radio / Using RSP1 for FM broadcast DX

I was wondering what you guys thought about using a RSP1 for FM broadcast DX? I just got one and it doesn't seem that great for FM broadcast so far, but I know very little about the filtering settings etc on SDRuno to make it better. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Shortwave Broadcast / Radio Thailand 13.750

Currently receiving Radio Thailand in English on 13.750 @ 0:20. Scheduler says it's coming from Udon Thani. Signal is 5/9+20. Has anyone else been receiving this lately? I'm quite surprised to be getting such a strong signal from that part of the world.

Amateur Radio / Mobile hamstick vs tuning 102' whip

I am planning on using a Xiegu G90 in my truck from time to time (10/12/15/17M) with a small amp and wanted to get an opinion. I thought about getting Hamstick style antennas for 2 or 3 bands, but I also have a 102' whip I could use. Would I do just as well, just tuning the whip, since it's longer? Any other options for low priced mobile antennas are welcome. Thanks
