Oh, dear, it appears my log was in error.  Upon careful scrutiny of my recording of this transmission, it appears to be naught but a pescadore or some paranoid rascal ranting into the ether.  After running the recording through a deconfabulator and paranoise reduction filter, there was no actual content left.

My apologies for any confusion resulting from this log.

Very difficult copy using our full wavelength dipole along the Atlantic Coast, but this programme sounds very like a Commander Bunny salute to the Poet of The Crystal Ship, recently run aground by the FCC.  Here we are able to copy only occasional snatches of audio and elaborately constructed quick cuts and edits, but as far as we are able to gather, it sounds like Commander Bunny is praising the Poet, criticizing "a**holes" who are "ruining pirate radio" for valiant pirate radio operators such as TCS, and offering genuine QSL cards for signal reports of this programme, by means of the Belfast, NY, USA, mail drop.  Alas, we are unable to copy this broadcast clearly enough to be certain of these details.

SINFO approximately 35232, this signal made only occasionally clear enough above heavy QRN to piece together two or three words at a time, the chore made somewhat more difficult by the peculiar pitch of the Commander's voice.  Nevertheless, we are pleased to hear WBNY at all for the first time since nigh unto 2007 or thereabouts.

All in all, well shot, sirrah!  The production values and signal strength befit the cunning and reputation of WBNY!
