Spy Numbers / V24 Tx breakdown?

V24 was suddenly off the air at 14:36UTC on Nov, 13rd on 4925kHz during broadcast.
I thought V24 transmitter was out of order at that time.
5115kHz was not seen at 16:00UTC.

Spy Numbers / North Korea V15 reactivated

Korean Yeonhapnews TV reports that they received North Korea numbers station at 1545UTC on 14,July, 2016 on 3320kHz using jrc nrd240 receiver.

KBS reported that V15 was received on 23,June, 2016 and 14,July, 2016.
I was surprised that v15 was reactivated.

I confirmed V24's trasmitting site.
The Tx site is located in Gongneung, Seoul, South Korea (37.638548, 127.110523)
The site also transmits Echo of Hope on 6250, 4885kHz and MW jamming on 657, 1053kHz

So I tried V28 at this time on JAN.21 in South Korea.

Rakdusan is frequently heard on 3277kHz.
According to a person from North Korea,
Rakdusan really exists in Cheongjin city, North Korea.
North Korean call the Haebang mountain the Rakdu because the top of the mountain resembles a camel's head.
The mountain has tombs in which the dead soldiers were buried in Korean War (1950~1953).
