As a kid I was lucky enough to be able to use my parents Sony TV (about a 6 inch screen) AM/FM radio and cassette player. I used to lay in bed at night tuning in distant radio stations. TV in Australia at the time (early 1980s) closed down at midnight in our area.

Both antennas are for 11m. I want to know if i can mount the station master directly above the moxon the way it is done it the pic. If not, what do I use to make the SM higher? Can I use aluminum, poly pipe or something else?

Polar bear: You really didn't understand the question? Wow. It wasn't that herd to read. Maybe you should fix your chrystal ball.

Equipment / Mounting a Station Master above a Moxon

I want to mount a half wave MK1 Stationmaster on the same tower with my Moxon. What material do I use to mount the stationmaster, that will not affect the SWR of either antenna. I think the SM should be at least 9ft (quarter wave length) above the Mox, Is that right? What have you guys used? What is best? I was thinking some kind of poly pipe. Am I overthinking it? Can i just use aluminum without causing problems? I also found the pic below on the Maco site. This guy has put the vertical directly above the beam. Can I do that? It would be much easier
