Woman speaking in Thai followed by musical tones then a man speaking Thai. 
switched to English @15:53 UTC. Computer generated voice with UK accent. 
Also broadcasting on 8743.0 KHz

Vietnam Maritime Radio 7906 kHz USB @13:20-13:25 UTC. Woman speaking Vietnamese with WX report. Some cities in Vietnam and Thailand mentioned. Audio also had a man voice in the background. 

and @13:40-13:44 UTC with more WX.

Monitoring LSB voice comms on 6990 Khz @10:45 UTC.
Sounds like the chanters are talking to each other before the start of a chanting "session".
