I was going to purchase a Transmitter from Stretchyman, but I'm now going to bow out after seeing several posts including this thread.

Aftersales service plays a huge part in my purchase, & as what I've read here is pretty grim I'll be looking elsewhere.

Equipment / Decent 10 > 15W 48M AM Transmitter recommendations?

Long time lurker, first time poster.

I'm looking for a ready built 10 > 20W transmitter for the 48m SW band. Higher power than this is acceptable, but I prefer lower power for portable hilltop use.

I've seen a couple on ebay but I can't really find any info on them or anymore examples here in the UK.

Can anyone help please?
