12 APR 2016, @ 0238 UTC : 6315 kHz USB with CW ID for WLO (Mobile, AL) Channel Marker.

I am using my DX 398 with a random length of wire plugged into the Ext Ant. jack.

Coming through "louder" than with the telescoping whip :)

27.020 and 27.025 on my Shortwave receiver have this continuous signal that blanks out Channel 6 AM, but it's strong on 27.020.  Hope it's just a "birdie" and not an actual transmission.

Picked this up on my RS DX-398 @ 0230 UTC on 6040 kHz AM, using the telescoping whip.  Heard "Brother Louie" by Stories and other songs as well as other songs.  Heard station ID as well as news of moving to another frequency soon. Signal was fading in and out, here in Amelia County, VA, USA.
Station went off the air with some song by, what sounded like, Meatloaf @ 0330 UTC
